The 2018 ILADS Annual Conference will be held in Chicago, IL, Thursday, November 1 - Sunday, November 4, 2018. We anticipate 600+ medical professionals in attendance as well as first time regional attendees from the Midwest. We have 60 exhibitor spaces at $4,000/table (6' table with 8x10 total space), this price includes 2 booth staff, additional staff may be added for a cost of $525 or $175/day per individual. You may pay in full via Credit Card or be invoiced (must be paid in full in 30 days).
Set up date is Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 6pm-10pm and our tentative hours of operation are Thursday-Sunday, 7am-5pm and Sunday 7am-noon.
Our venue is at the SHERATON GRAND, make your reservations to secure your hotel rooms and receive our negotiated conference room rate. Forms to order power and/or audio visuals for your booth can be found HERE.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund, less a $1,000 cancellation fee, if booth space is canceled on or before July 31, 2018. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs after this date. Both the exhibitor and ILADS acknowledge that in the event the exhibitor has to cancel, ILADS will sustain substantial monetary losses that cannot precisely be determined. Due to the difficulty of determining and detailing these losses, the exhibitor agrees to pay the following as liquidated damages (and not a penalty) if they cancel their booth space.
If written notice of cancellation of booth space is received before July 31, 2018, exhibitor agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to $1,000 per 8 ft. x 10 ft. booth space. If written notice of cancellation is received on or after July 31, 2018, exhibitor agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total fee for booth space. These cancellation fee terms will apply regardless of the execution date of the application. If ILADS does not receive any notice of cancellation in writing, the exhibitor will be liable for 100% of the total fee for booth space.
