The International Lyme and Associated Diseases Education Foundation (ILADEF), the education and research foundation of ILADS, honors Bernard D. Raxlen, MD, founding member of ILADS, at a reception and dinner on Friday, November 1, 2019, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Tickets are non-refundable unless a request to cancel is sent to conference@ilads.org within 24 hours after purchase. A portion of the Pioneer Award Dinner fee paid is tax deductible. A receipt will be emailed to you after the event is over.
Dr. Bernard Raxlen, one of the original founding members of ILADS,
has been treating tick-borne disease patients for the past 30 years.
He is a native of Canada who graduated from Stanford University
before attending the University of Toronto Medical School. Currently
based in NYC, Dr. Raxlen maintains a multi-disciplinary approach to
care, combining psychiatry and integrative medicine to treat all aspects
of Tick-Borne Diseases.
